Conference Registration Rates:

Online conference registration is available at: Credit Card Registration for attendees paying by VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Online registration will be available through July 23, 2012. (After then, attendees must register on-site and pay the additional on-site registration fee.)

A printable registration form (for attendees who prefer to mail a check or supply credit card information by mail or fax) is available at: Printable Registration form. Faxing and mailing instructions appear on the form. This form must be received on or before July 23, 2012. Payment Policy
All valid registrations MUST be accompanied by full payment or government purchase order. Payment is accepted in US dollars only, by check, VISA, MasterCard, or money order.

Assistance with Documenting Participation
If you need assistance documenting your participation in Balisage please write to the registrar (address above) who will provide our policy on such materials.

Confirmation Policy
Confirmations will not be sent until complete payment is received. Completed registrations will receive confirmations via fax or email within 5 business days. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration please contact the Registrar:

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 20 July 2012, only a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of the registration fee will be refunded after 20 July 2012. No portion of the registration will be refunded if we have provided documentation about your participation in the conference. more info
