Balisage 2009 will be held in the Hotel Europa, Montréal.

Single/Double Room - 1 queen bed - $135.00*
Twin-Double Room - 2 double beds - $145.00*
Triple Room - 2 double beds - $160.00*

* Prices in Canadian dollars (and do not include taxes: 5.0% GST, 7.5% PST & 3% tourism tax). Room rate includes free wireless Internet access, free local calls, & long distance access.

* This discount room rate does not include breakfast (but conference registration does include a light breakfast for conference attendees).

* Rooms reserved and confirmed can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior arrival without penalty. Within 72 hours a one night penalty will be charged on credit card.

To receive the group rate listed above, attendees MUST either

mention the group name "Markup Conference" in email to groups@europahotelmtl.com,

go to the hotel web site Hotel Europa
(if you prefer to read English, select "English" at the top right of the window)
Fill out the "Trouver une chambre" ("Find a Room") form, and
enter the code 2009MARKUP in the "Code d'accès" ("Promotion code") box

identify yourself as part of the "Markup Conference" group and ask for the group discount.

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by 1 July 2009. After that date, reservations are only on a space availability basis.
