Balisage Sponsorship Opportunities

Balisage is a small, highly targeted, event. Balisage sponsorship provides an opportunity to be highly visible to technical decision makers in XML user, standards, academic, and tool development spaces. Sponsorship packages are outlined below, and we are happy to discuss other options.

Gold Sponsor Package — $4,000

• Invitation to speak for up to 5 minutes at the beginning of a conference day.
• Invitation to give a presentation of up to 30 minutes during a lunch break.
• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor including Logo with link to sponsor-selected URL on conference web site
• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor including Logo with link to sponsor-selected URL in conference proceedings and short description of sponsor in archival conference proceedings
• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor at the conference opening and closing
• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor in the conference portal, including both the web portal and the mobile app.

Silver Sponsor Package — $2,500

• Invitation to give a presentation of up to 30 minutes during a lunch break.
• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor including Logo with link to sponsor-selected URL on conference web site
• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor including Logo with link to sponsor-selected URL in conference proceedings and short description of sponsor in archival conference proceedings
• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor at the conference opening and closing
• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor in the conference portal, including both the web portal and the mobile app.

Conference Sponsor Package — $1,000

• Recognition as a Sponsor including Logo with link to sponsor-selected URL on conference web site
• Recognition as a Sponsor including Logo with link to sponsor-selected URL in conference proceedings and in archival conference proceedings
• Recognition as a Sponsor at the conference

Co-Sponsoring Balisage - other conferences, similar events, and membership groups

Balisage welcomes proposals to co-sponsor the conference from membership groups and conferences. The co-sponsorship deal:

• the co-sponsor will:
  • put a link to Balisage in a prominent place on their web site
• Balisage will:
  • link to the co-sponsor on the conference web site
  • link to the co-sponsor in the conference proceedings
